How to set up your Church Hub link

One shareable page for giving, events, forms, and bulletins — your church's digital front door.

Step-by-step guideAbout 15 minutes

Before you begin

  • Admin access
  • At least one module enabled (giving, events, or forms)

Step-by-step

  1. Open Church Hub

From Home or the sidebar, open Church Hub (sometimes under Website or Hub).

  2. Copy your link

Copy the public URL — it looks like churchraise.ai/public/hub/your-church-name. This is the link you will share everywhere.

  3. Turn sections on or off

Use the Sections toggles. Turn on Giving, Events, Groups, Forms, Store — only what you actually use. Fewer sections = less confusion for visitors.

  4. Choose featured forms and bulletins

Pick which public forms appear as shortcuts. Forms must be marked Public first. Leave bulletins empty to show the current live bulletin automatically.

  5. Customize the guest landing page

Add a welcome line and logo if prompted. Keep language simple: Visit our hub for events, giving, and more.

  6. Test as a guest

Open the link in a private/incognito browser window (not signed in). Click each button to confirm it works.

Tips

  • Add the hub link to your email signature and bulletin footer.
  • Ask members to bookmark the link — signed-in users see My Church Hub with their groups and profile.

If something goes wrong

Form does not appear in shortcuts

Edit the form and set visibility to Public, then select it again in Church Hub settings.

Section is missing

Enable that module under Modules in the sidebar, then return to Church Hub toggles.
