Free church event calendar template
Plan the month with a simple grid workflow, then copy a sample CSV of church calendar columns into Sheets or Excel — or run events in ChurchRaise.
Monthly grid (how to use it)
Print or open a blank monthly calendar. Block Sundays and recurring midweeks first, then place one-off events. Mark rooms in a second color so double-booking is obvious before you publish. Keep closed meetings (elders, HR) off the public church calendar template you share with the congregation.
- · Row 1: Sundays — worship, baptisms, special services
- · Row 2: Midweek — groups, youth, rehearsals
- · Row 3: Outreach & community — festivals, service days
- · Margin: facility holds and setup/teardown buffers
