Is service planning free?

Core service-planning tools are free with a ChurchRaise account. Optional AI assistance is available when you want a starting suggestion, you can create and save plans without using AI.

Can we reuse the plan next week?

Yes. Start from a saved structure, then update the date, content and roles for the next service.

Can we assign people to parts of the service?

You can record the person responsible for each element in the plan so the team can see who is leading each part.

Can we keep our existing giving or membership system?

You can use service planning for preparation without moving your giving or membership records. Check available integrations if you want systems to exchange information.

Does this include access to song lyrics or music licences?

You can store songs and import material where available, but planning a song does not itself grant rights to display, reproduce, perform or stream it. Your church remains responsible for the licences it needs.

Does the plan update our bulletin automatically?

Service planning and digital bulletins can be used together so you don’t re-enter public service details. Review which details belong in the public bulletin, private cues and pastoral notes should stay in the plan.
