How to get started in ChurchRaise (first 30 minutes)
Sign in, learn the sidebar, enable what you need, and complete three setup tasks most churches do first.
Before you begin
- Your church account created
- You received an invite email or signed up at churchraise.ai
Learn the layout
After sign-in you land on the Dashboard (Home). The menu on the left is how you move around. The top bar shows which church you are in and quick actions. If you manage multiple churches, use the church switcher at the top.
Your first 30 minutes
Confirm church details
Go to Settings → Organization. Add your church name, address, and support email. This appears on receipts and public pages.
Enable the modules you need
Open Modules. Turn on Bulletins, Giving, Events, Communications, etc. Leave the rest off until you need them — less clutter.
Import or add people
Go to People → Import (CSV) or Add Person. Even 20 key leaders lets you email and track engagement.
Set up one public-facing item
Pick one win for week one: publish a bulletin, connect giving, or create your Church Hub link. Finish one before starting five.
Invite one helper
Settings → Users → Invite. Give a trusted volunteer Creator or Admin so you are not alone.
