Less time updating records. More time connecting with people.
Keeping track of your church family shouldn’t mean chasing spreadsheets, searching through separate systems or wondering whether someone followed up.
How-to guides
Set up a church event with a sign-up link you can share by email, bulletin, or QR code.
Before you begin
Open Events
Click Events in the left sidebar.
Create event
Click Create Event. Enter the event name, date, start/end time, and location.
Add description and image
Write a short description (what, who it is for, what to bring). Add a cover photo if you have one.
Turn on registration
Set registration to Open so anyone with the link can sign up. Add custom questions if needed (meal choice, child names, etc.).
Publish the public page
Save and publish. Copy the event link or QR code.
Share the link
Put the link in your bulletin, email, Church Hub, and slides. Registrations appear on the event page for you to export.
Tips
If something goes wrong
Registration button missing on public page
Confirm registration is Open and the event date is in the future.
Cannot find the public link
Open the event detail page and look for Share, Copy link, or View public page.
