Less time updating records. More time connecting with people.
Keeping track of your church family shouldn’t mean chasing spreadsheets, searching through separate systems or wondering whether someone followed up.
How-to guides
Use the web check-in screen on a laptop or tablet — mark registrants arrived, add walk-in guests, and export a list when done.
Before you begin
Create the event under Events → Manage Events and turn registration on so sign-ups appear on your attendee list. Export the list beforehand if you want printed nametags — but you can check people in live from the same roster.
Open Events → Check Ins
In the left sidebar, click Events, then Check Ins.
Select your event
Use the Select event dropdown. You will see upcoming events and events from the last 7 days. Pick today's event.
Open the Attendees tab
The Attendees tab shows Total, Checked In, Checked Out, and Pending counts at the top.
Check in registrants
Find each person in the list (use Search if needed). Click Check In when they arrive. Click Check Out if they leave early and you track that.
Add a walk-in guest
Click Add Guest. Search for an existing contact or Add New for someone not in your directory. Click Add & Check In to add them and mark arrived in one step.
Filter the list if needed
Use filters: All, Checked In, Pending, or Guests to focus on who still needs to arrive.
Export when finished
Click Export to download a CSV with names and check-in times — useful for follow-up or attendance records.
Tips
Watch out
If something goes wrong
Attendee list is empty
Turn on registration and confirm people signed up, or use Add Guest for walk-ins.
Cannot find the event
Only upcoming events and the past 7 days show. Create the event with the correct date.
Person registered but not on list
Refresh the page. Confirm they completed registration on the public event page, not just RSVP'd elsewhere.
