Plan worship services with an ordered list of elements (songs, scripture, sermon, etc.), assign team members to roles, manage a song library with optional CCLI SongSelect integration, generate run sheets, and coordinate volunteers per service.

Service Plans

Create service plans for each date. Add elements like Welcome, Songs, Scripture Reading, Sermon, Offering, and Closing. Set durations, add notes, and assign people to each element. Use AI to draft plans or suggest songs.

Templates

Save service plans as reusable templates. Apply a template when creating a new plan to pre-fill the order of service, saving time for recurring formats.

Song Library

Build an org-wide song library. Search and add songs manually or import from CCLI SongSelect (when connected). View lyrics and chords. Track song usage across services.

Service Volunteers

Each service plan can have a linked volunteer schedule. Create or connect a schedule, view assignments, and notify team members directly from the plan. Volunteers receive an email with Accept/Decline links.

Run Sheet & Live View

Generate a run sheet with timing and assignments. Open the live view during the service for a real-time display of the current element and countdown.
