Create capacity-based signup lists for positions, items, or spots. Set open/close windows, add extra questions, publish public signup pages, and track registrations.
Creating a Signup
Click Create Signup and choose a type (Positions, Items, or Spots). Add a title, description, and entries with capacity limits. Set an open and close date window. Optionally add a confirmation message and confirmation email.
Extra Questions
Add custom questions to collect more information from signups: short text, long text, single select, multi select, or checkbox fields.
Public Signup Page
Publish the signup to a public URL. Share via link or QR code. Visitors can browse available entries and sign up directly. Entries with full capacity are shown as filled.
Managing Signups
View signups filtered by Draft, Open, Closed, or Archived. Track registrations per entry. Export signup data.
