Manage rooms and resources, handle booking requests with approval workflows, view schedules on a day/week grid, set up rental pricing, and publish a public facility booking hub.

Rooms

Add rooms with capacity, amenities, images, and availability rules. Set rooms as public-bookable or internal-only. Configure whether bookings require approval or are auto-approved. Set rental pricing per room.

Bookings & Requests

Create booking requests for rooms and resources. Set date, time, and recurrence. The system checks for conflicts automatically. Bookings go through a status workflow: Pending → Approved/Denied → Completed or Cancelled.

Resources & Equipment

Track shared equipment and resources (projectors, sound systems, tables, etc.). Assign resources to bookings alongside rooms.

Email Notifications

When a booking is approved or denied, the requester receives an email notification automatically.

Public Facility Hub

Publish a public facility page where people can browse available rooms and submit booking requests. Customize the hub sections and appearance.
