Church Health Score

The headline percentage showing how many of your contacts score 50+ (engaged) over a rolling 4-week window. Based on attendance, giving, volunteering, small groups, events, and form/bulletin engagement.

Engagement Scores

Every contact receives a 0-100 score computed from 6 weighted signals over a rolling 4-week window. Tiers: Highly Engaged (80-100), Moderate (50-79), Low (20-49), Disengaged (0-19). Scores are computed on-demand from existing data.

Pastoral Care Alerts

Automatic alerts when members disengage. Critical: previously active, now silent. Watch: score dropped significantly in 2 weeks. New Member at Risk: recently joined but low score. Use Send Check-In to draft a personal email.

Attendance

Select a date and record attendance numbers per event. Uses check-in data and manual totals. Navigate between weeks to compare.

Attendance Trends

View weekly attendance trends over 8 weeks. Compare week-over-week or month-over-month. See engagement tier distribution across your congregation.

Settings

Configure which activities count as engagement signals and their weights. Adjust alert thresholds for Critical (weeks inactive), Watch (score drop), and New Member monitoring period. Settings are saved per organization.
