Campaign Types
Four campaign types: Fundraiser (peer-to-peer with individual fundraiser pages), Team Fundraiser (team-based with leaderboards and team management), Pledge (pledge drives with predicted income tracking), and Simple Giving Page (basic online donation pages with fund selection).
Creating a Campaign
Click Create Campaign, choose a type (Fundraiser, Team Fundraiser, Pledge, or Simple Giving Page). Enter campaign name, goal, description, and dates. Add a cover image and customize the public page. Publish when ready.
Campaign Dashboard
Each campaign has a dashboard showing: amount raised, progress to goal (pie chart), campaign duration, and supporter count. View donation history charts, recent activity, and manage team members (Team Fundraiser). Post updates to supporters. Export donation data.
Pledge Campaigns
Track pledge commitments versus actual collections. View participation rates, predicted monthly income, and campaign comparison charts. Smart recommendations help optimize pledge drives.
